We offer Free Shipping on purchases over $30.
How long before I can receive my order?
Please expect to receive your order within 7 - 15 business days.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.
I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?
Please contact email@example.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Ape Sportswear will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
